Homemade SPICY Blenheim Apricot Jam

This spicy pepper jam is loaded with fruit and contains only six ingredients: Apricots, sugar, peppers (Jalapeño and Habanero), red pepper flakes, pectin and lemon juice. Our spicy version pairs well with cream cheese or baked brie with toasted Orchard Gold Walnuts, or use as a flavor mixer for spicy bellini, margaritas or daiquiris.
