Orchard Gold Sun-Dried Blenheim Apricots are heirloom fruits grown on a family farm along California’s Central Coast. Tree-ripened, hand-picked, and naturally sun-dried, they offer an exceptionally sweet, tangy flavor and a soft, chewy texture. As whole “slip-pit” apricots, they’re plumper and moister than other dried varieties, with concentrated nutrients including fiber, vitamins A and C, iron, and calcium.

These rare, highly prized apricots—about 3/4 to 1 inch in diameter—shine in both sweet and savory dishes. Enjoy them for baking, stuffing for pork or poultry, on charcuterie boards, or as a wholesome snack.
